The hydraulic diameter of circular pipe with diameter D can be calculated as follow:

Rh = A/P = ((¥ð/4)*D^2)/(¥ðD) = D/4

Rh : hydraulic radius
A : cross sectional area of pipe
P : wetted perimeter
D : diameter of pipe
